All customs duties and taxes are included in the price displayed on the product page; no additional duties or taxes will be charged upon delivery. Prices may vary depending on the shipping location.

The following conditions apply:
We deliver within Germany, Austria, Switzerland, as well as numerous other European countries such as Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, Poland, Denmark, and many more.

Shipping Costs (including VAT)

Domestic Shipping (Germany):
Shipping costs are based on the order value (gross value):

  • Orders up to €149.99: €4.90 shipping fee
  • Orders from €150.00: Free shipping

For orders above €150.00, we offer free shipping within Germany.

International Shipping:
Shipping costs for international orders are based on the order value (gross value):

  • Orders up to €149.99: €9.90 shipping fee
  • Orders from €150.00: Free shipping

For orders above €150.00, we offer free international shipping.

Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery (Germany) takes 1–2 business days, while international deliveries take 2–3 business days after order confirmation (for prepayment, after receipt of payment). Please note that deliveries do not take place on Sundays and public holidays.

If your order includes items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in a single package unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest shipping time.

Please note: We do not ship to the following locations: Campione d’Italia, Livigno, San Marino, Vatican City, Belarus, the Philippines, Russia.

Returns & Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note:
Return shipping costs, including any applicable customs duties and taxes, must be fully covered by the customer.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period:
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
