Shipping & Delivery

Germany:
All applicable taxes (including German VAT) are included in the prices displayed on the product page. No additional customs duties or taxes will be charged upon delivery within Germany.

European Union (outside Germany):
For deliveries to other EU countries, customs duties, import taxes, and the destination country’s VAT are not included in the price. These may be charged separately by local customs authorities or postal services and are the responsibility of the customer.

Switzerland:
For deliveries to Switzerland, customs duties, import taxes, and Swiss VAT are not included in the price. These charges will be collected by Swiss customs authorities and must be paid by the customer.
Shipping costs are the same as for EU countries.

Outside the EU and Switzerland:
We currently do not offer regular shipping to other non-EU countries. If you would like to place an order to a non-EU/non-Swiss destination, please contact us in advance at hello@biancaxenia.com to check individual shipping options and applicable fees.

Prices may vary depending on the shipping location.


Payment & Shipping

We deliver within Germany, EU member states, and Switzerland, including (but not limited to): Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, Sweden, the Netherlands, Poland, Denmark, and more.

Domestic (Germany):
Shipping costs are based on the order value (gross):

  • Orders up to €149.99: €4.90 shipping fee

  • Orders from €150.00: Free shipping

EU & Switzerland (outside Germany):
Shipping costs are based on the order value (gross):

  • Orders up to €149.99: €9.90 shipping fee

  • Orders from €150.00: Free shipping

Please note: For deliveries to EU countries outside Germany and to Switzerland, customs duties, import taxes, and the VAT of the destination country may apply. These costs are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Non-EU & Non-Swiss Shipping:
Currently not offered. For special requests, please contact us via email.


Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery takes place as follows:

  • Germany: 1–2 business days

  • EU & Switzerland: 2–3 business days after order confirmation (for prepayment, after receipt of payment)

No deliveries take place on Sundays or public holidays.
If your order contains items with different delivery times, we will ship them together unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time is then determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Excluded shipping locations: Campione d’Italia, Livigno, San Marino, Vatican City, Belarus, the Philippines, Russia.

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: Return shipping costs, including any applicable customs duties and taxes, must be fully covered by the customer.


Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period:
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
