What is BIANCA XENIA?

BIANCA XENIA is a fashion brand with a mission to make waves through style. The net featured in our collections is not only visually striking, but also sends a powerful message against bycatch. Nets don’t belong in the ocean. 

We aim to raise awareness about the fight against illegal fishing while actively contributing to the protection and preservation of our oceans.

What products does BIANCA XENIA offer?

We offer timeless designs and modern trend pieces — from T-shirts, hoodies, pants, bikinis and caps to more extravagant fashion statements. Beyond that, we’re working on launching additional products that actively contribute to protecting our oceans.

Where are BIANCA XENIA products manufactured?​

Our apparel and luxe swimwear are designed in Switzerland and ethically crafted in Portugal.

What materials are the products made of?

We work with regenerated materials for our swimwear — made from recycled fishing nets and nylon waste, transformed into new yarn. Our apparel pieces feature hand-applied upcycled fishing net details, turning discarded materials into meaningful fashion with purpose.

Are the products vegan?

Yes, our products are vegan.

Are prices inclusive of VAT and duties?

All prices shown in the shop include applicable VAT where required by law. 

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees may be charged by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

Order

Will I receive an order confirmation and invoice?

Yes, once your payment has been received, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you another email containing a tracking link so you can follow the delivery status all the way to your doorstep.

Your invoice will also be sent directly to the email address you provided. Please make sure to check your spam folder in case you haven't received a message from us.

What can I do if I haven't received an order or shipping confirmation?

If you haven’t received an order or shipping confirmation, please first check your spam folder. Also, make sure your inbox isn’t full, as this could prevent new emails from coming through.

If you accidentally entered the wrong email address or still can’t find the confirmation despite providing the correct one, please contact us at hello@biancaxenia.com — we’re happy to help!

Is it possible to make changes to my order afterwards?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify individual items of an order once it has been completed.

Is it possible to cancel an order that has already been placed?

To cancel an order, please contact us by email at hello@biancaxenia.com

Please note that a cancellation is only possible as long as the order has not yet been processed. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the delivery address you provided.

In this case, you can make use of our 14-day return policy and send back the item(s) or the entire order.

Do I need a customer account to place an order?

No, it is not necessary to create a customer account to place an order. You can complete your purchase as a guest.

However, please make sure that all your information is accurate during checkout.

If I made a mistake in my details, how can I correct it?

Please contact us directly via email at hello@biancaxenia.com. We will do our best to make changes to your order in time.

However, please note that we aim to prepare your package for shipping as quickly as possible. Once you’ve received an order confirmation by email, your order is already being processed, and changes may no longer be possible.

My order arrived incomplete, what can I do?

We’re sorry that your order did not arrive complete.
Please contact us directly by email at hello@biancaxenia.com and include your order number as well as the missing items.

We will take care of your request as quickly as possible and work with you to find a suitable solution.

If I have general questions about my order or experience a problem during the ordering process, who can I contact?

Delivery

Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship from Germany to Germany, the EU, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

How long does shipping take?

  • Germany: 1–3 business days
  • Other EU countries: 5–8 business days
  • Switzerland: 4–7 business days
  • United Kingdom: 4–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, peak seasons or external factors. No deliveries take place on Sundays or public holidays.
If an order contains items with different delivery times, the shipment will be sent together unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

What are the shipping costs?

  • Germany: €4.90 — free shipping on orders over €80
  • Other EU countries: €9.90*
  • Switzerland: €19.90*
  • United Kingdom: €19.90*
* Import duties and local taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

Which shipping provider will deliver my order?

All orders are shipped CO₂-neutrally with DHL.

How can I track my order?

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email from us. This email will contain a link that allows you to track your delivery until it arrives at your doorstep.

Is delivery to a parcel locker or post office possible?

Within Germany, delivery to a DHL Packstation is available. However, in Switzerland, delivery to a Packstation or Parcel Shop is not possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my product? What do I need to consider?

We sincerely hope that you love our products. 
However, if the items do not fit or are not to your liking, you may return them within 14 days of receipt. 

Please ensure that the items are returned in the same condition in which you received them.

How long do I have to return an item to BIANCA XENIA?

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • unworn and unused
  • with tags attached
  • in its original packaging
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping costs, including any customs duties and taxes, must be fully covered by the customer.

How do I return my order?

To start a return, please contact us at hello@biancaxenia.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note: Return shipping costs, including customs duties and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.

Is it possible to exchange products?

Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible. However, you have the option to return items and place a new order.

Will I be notified when my return is received?

Yes, you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your returned item(s) once your return has been processed.

When will I receive my refund for the return?

We will process your refund within 14 days. The credit will be issued to the original payment method. 
Unfortunately, it is not possible to issue refunds to a different payment method.

If you have returned multiple items or packages, the refund for these returns may be processed at different times. Please also note that depending on the chosen payment method, it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account.

How do I report a defective item?

We're sorry to hear that your item is defective. Please contact us via email at hello@biancaxenia.com, providing details and, if possible, photos of the defect. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.

I received the wrong product. What can I do?

We apologize for the mix-up. If you have received the wrong product, please contact us first by email at hello@biancaxenia.com and briefly describe the issue. We will get back to you with the next steps.

Which items are non-returnable?

We do not accept returns for:
  • sale items
  • gift cards
  • custom or personalized products
  • perishable goods
  • hazardous materials
