Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal Policy

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which:
  • you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return of Goods

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees related to the return are also borne by the customer.

Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
  • for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized,
  • for the supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery,
  • for the supply of gift cards.
