Shipping

We ship from Germany to Germany, the EU, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, peak seasons or external factors. No deliveries take place on Sundays or public holidays.
If an order contains items with different delivery times, the shipment will be sent together unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
  • Germany: 1–3 business days
  • Other EU countries: 5–8 business days
  • Switzerland: 4–7 business days
  • United Kingdom: 4–7 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Germany: €4.90 — free shipping on orders over €80
  • Other EU countries: €9.90*
  • Switzerland: €19.90*
  • United Kingdom: €19.90*

* Import duties and local taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Partners & Tracking

All orders are shipped CO₂-neutrally with DHL.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, allowing you to follow your delivery until it arrives.


Packstation & Parcel Shop Delivery

Germany: Delivery to a DHL Packstation is available

Switzerland: Delivery to a Packstation or Parcel Shop is not possible

Returns

We hope you love your purchase. If an item doesn’t fit or isn’t quite right, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
  • unworn and unused
  • with all tags attached
  • in their original packaging
  • accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.


How to Start a Return

 within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you:
  • a return shipping label
  • detailed instructions on how and where to send your package
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

The costs of returns, including any applicable customs duties and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

At this time, exchanges are not possible.
If you wish to receive a different item or size, please return the original product and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email.

Refunds are issued within 14 days to the original payment method.
Please note that refunds cannot be issued to a different payment method and that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you have returned multiple items or packages, refunds may be processed separately.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:
  • sale items
  • gift cards
  • custom or personalized products
  • perishable good
  • hazardous materials
